Released only after 3 years!
Mark Hulett molested a child and was sent to jail. But only after three years of imprisonment he is set to be released January 3rd, 2009. According to "The Response of Law Enforcement" written by David Finkelhor and others, over 50% of sex offenders will repeat their crimes. How do we know that this man has learned his lesson and will not harm another human being?

What was the crime that he committed. How old was the child? if it was a young child then he should be in jail for longer but if it was a different situation then i could understand it. -Lauren
